Myriam Paquette

Doctor of Exercise physiology and holder of a Master’s in Kinesiology, Myriam joined INS Québec in 2015. While she worked with Canoe-Kayak and Para Swimming in the past, she is currently working as an IST lead and physiologist for the Paracycling National Team. She is interested in optimizing athlete training, particularly in training planning and monitoring performance training status. She seeks to develop new tools to measure physiological adaptations to training and to better understand the effect of different training protocols on performance. Myriam is also a trainer for the Advanced Coaching Diploma, an associate Professor for Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and has been a lecturer at Université Laval.
