Laura Isherwood

Originally from Staffordshire in the UK, Laura completed her BSc and MSc in Sports Physiology at the University of Chester. She then moved to New Zealand and worked as an Anti-Doping Program Manager for Drug Free Sport NZ. Laura moved to Canada in 2020 and became the National Team Coordinator for Rowing Canada’s Olympic and Paralympic teams. Laura finally made it back to Physiology in 2023 and is now based in the Victoria Lab. Outside of work, Laura enjoys playing Soccer, Gaelic Football and Tennis.
