Holder of a degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s in health technology, and a PhD in biomechanical engineering, I have developed over the years an expertise in biomechanics and human movement analysis, inertial measurement unit signal processing, and musculoskeletal modeling. I am passionate about developing new tools for evaluating athlete performance and monitoring training load. I am a researcher at the École de technologie supérieure, where I also teach both mechanical design and human anatomy and physiology. I am currently the performance analyst for the Canadian short track speed skating team, and I collaborate with the Canadian para-swimming and water polo teams. I am also supervising various research projects with the Quebec federations of climbing, alpine skiing, rugby, and kayaking. I have practiced judo for more than 10 years and regularly engage in running, climbing, and badminton.
