Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Université de Moncton and a Massage Therapy Diploma from Kiné Concept Maritimes Inc. After graduating in 2005, she worked in Dieppe in private physiotherapy clinics as a kinesiologist, registered massage therapist, and sports massage therapist.
She has helped various sports teams and events in the Maritimes, including the Canada Winter Games Host Medical Team in Halifax, Hockey New Brunswick, and the Midget AAA Moncton Flyers, are her primary volunteer groups.
Jessica’s desire to help people reach their full potential has led her to pursue additional training in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation Techniques, Myofascial Release Techniques, Functional Range Conditioning, and Sports Massage Therapy.
Utilizing her diverse educational background and experience in various roles within the field of kinesiology and massage therapy has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set to effectively treat clients with a wide range of physical needs. She is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and staying current with the latest advancements in her field to provide the best possible care for her clients. Her passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness drives her commitment to providing high-quality care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Since receiving her Sport Massage Therapy Fellowship, she has served on Canada’s Core Medical team at the Jeux de la Francophonie in Africa in 2017, the Commonwealth Games in Australia in 2018, the Pan Am Games in Lima in 2018, and the Olympic Summer Games in Tokyo, Paris and Milan in 2021, 2024 and 2026.
